DAMNATION DEFACED are going their own way not minding any trends!
Progressive Death metal which rocks you with aggresivity, atmosphere and unconvential song structures but does not forgets melodies and pleasure of listening.
Drum fusillades, wicked blasts and fast guitar riffs are equal with clean parts and solos plunging you into other spheres. Hard and varied growls are opening another level of an angry but not boring or monotonous sound! The five guys from Northern Germany don’t close their minds to new input and struggle against narrow-mindedness concerning their musical influences.

After founding the band, the demo „Blade Upon Your Throat“ has been recorded and brought up for discussion the first time for digital and print media. The first autonomously release, the EP “Ressurection Stillborn – The Blackest Halo” in 2009, DAMNATION DEAFCED are again certified professionalism in playing their instruments and song writing as well as a development and individuality of the band’s sound.

The North German guys don’t do things by halves and transport their elaborate Death Metal with good stage acting and sympathy to the stages. Bookers are more and more confident of their energy and so DAMNATION DEFACED played at different events such as Metal Camp 2009, the Wacken Metal Battle 2008 and support slots for top-class bands like Vader. The first tours were just corollary and so the band toured with Excrementory Grindfuckers in 2009 and played their first gigs abroad on a small tour through the Netherlands. In October 2009, DAMNATION DEFACED were guests in the TV show “Der Checker” on DMAX and got an own stylish band car in the context of the show.

The ones who know the guys furthermore knows that apart from professional appearance and working on the career the fun factor is never missed out and the special and amusing humour became a trademark of the band which finds expression in their video podcasts and backstage.

The press agrees: although the band history is short until now, they are going set the world on fire and the band is willing to destabilise Germany and Europe in 2010 with their debut album!
